Leagueswype is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We may introduce breaking changes, pause the service, or adjust functionality during this period.

Leagueswype does not process payments, hold funds, escrow funds, guarantee payment, or execute payouts of any kind.

All payments happen directly between league members and commissioners using external services like Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or cash. Leagueswype is a tracking and communication tool, not a financial service.

• Commissioners are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
• Commissioners are responsible for entering accurate league, member, and payment information.
• Commissioners are responsible for verifying that payments were received before marking them as paid.
• Commissioners are responsible for managing their league's funds and resolving payment disputes with members directly.
• Commissioners are responsible for obtaining each member's agreement before sending them an SMS reminder. By checking the consent box in the app, the commissioner certifies that the member agreed to receive the reminder. This is called commissioner-certified consent. Do not send SMS reminders to members who have not agreed.

• Members are responsible for paying the commissioner using the external methods provided.
• Marking payment sent in Leagueswype does not mean Leagueswype verified, processed, or received payment. It is a notification to the commissioner.

Leagueswype may send SMS dues reminder messages to member phone numbers entered by the commissioner.

• SMS reminders are for league dues and payment-status notifications only. They are not marketing, promotional, or bulk messages.
• SMS reminders are sent only when the commissioner requests them and certifies, via commissioner-certified consent, that the member agreed to receive them.
• Commissioners may only send SMS reminders to members who have agreed to receive them. Sending reminders to members who have not agreed is a violation of these terms and carrier messaging policies.
• Each SMS reminder uses a fixed, system-generated message template. Commissioners cannot customize the message body.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Members may opt out of SMS reminders at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
• Leagueswype reserves the right to suspend SMS access for misuse, violation of these terms, or violation of carrier requirements.

Use Leagueswype for lawful fantasy league administration and dues tracking.

Do not use it for:

• Illegal gambling, sports betting, or wagering
• Fraud, deception, or impersonation
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Sending SMS messages to individuals who have not agreed to receive them
• Any activity that violates applicable law or carrier messaging policies

Leagueswype is provided as-is during beta. We are not responsible for payment disputes between commissioners and members, inaccurate payment records, SMS delivery failures, or any financial decisions made based on information in the app.
